Contingency Search
A contingency search allows you to contract with our firm to have the expertise of an experienced recruiter searching on your behalf for any openings you want to fill. This gives you the flexibility to still view candidates from other sources and the costs to you only come with a successful placement.
Your involvement in the process is streamlined, with a placement fee only applicable when you choose to extend an offer that is accepted. We recommend limiting your agency use to two or three, empowering you to better control the hiring Employees’ Recruiting process.
It is also suggested that you give one firm a 30-—to 45-day exclusive. This will allow you to enjoy similar benefits of the contract and retained search while still not incurring any fees. If we are given a 30-—to 45-day exclusive, we will use more resources specifically for your benefit.
